With a Re-branding from "Commercial Center" to "The Commercial Center District", to include the Cultural Diversity of The Neighborhood family of businesses.
Join us for our free Public Art Garden "healing The Neighborhood Through Art" featuring the talents of local artists utilizing giant canvasses of Sidewalks, Parking Spaces, and Utility Boxes. Our First Installation came in 2006 with Artist Howard Freeman of www.freemanartist.com Wallustrations doing a series of nature murals on our utility boxes and Wall in the West Lott, Dolphins at Sunset. We started this project in an effort to discourage graffiti, build neighborhood pride, and to save the local small businesses from eminent domain and Large corporate takeover.
